Distance Sales Agreement

Effective Date: July 28 2025

This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) has been entered into between the following parties in accordance with the Regulation on Distance Contracts published in the Official Gazette dated 27.11.2014 and the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 15 of Turkish Law No. 6502, there is no right of withdrawal for services or digital content that are delivered instantly or started to be performed with the consumer’s approval. The BUYER acknowledges and accepts this condition during the checkout process.

7. Obligations of the Parties

The SELLER is obliged to deliver the service in full and as described. The BUYER agrees to use the service in compliance with the law, not to abuse or resell the service, and not to infringe on third-party rights.

8. Dispute Resolution

In the event of disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees or Consumer Courts in the BUYER’s or SELLER’s domicile shall have jurisdiction, depending on the monetary limits set by the Turkish Ministry of Trade.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

10. Enforcement

This agreement is deemed accepted and enforced upon the BUYER’s electronic confirmation on the website.
